This year for our wedding anniversary, my fabulous in-laws got us a one-in-a-lifetime gift! A hot air balloon ride :) I couldn't believe it and I was so excited as this is something I've wanted to do since Dorothy returned to Kansas! We went up with a company called Skyward Balloons that's run by a family out of a small town near Woodstock, Ontario. They were amazing! What I liked about this particular company was how safe I felt. We had previously booked a flight with them that was cancelled due to low visibility - they don't want to take your money for no reason! They wanted to make sure that we had the best view, the best experience and the safest flight. My kind of people :) If this is something you have on your bucket list, I would highly recommend going. Especially on a crisp October morning :) The day couldn't have been more perfect and I am so thankful.
